Career Planning is an integral part of the IBMR Management course curriculum. Today with privatization and globalization, the business scenario is fast changing. In the business world, opportunities which were traditionally available in the manufacturing and IT Sectors have now shifted to service sectors i.e. Insurance, call-centers, hospitality industry, construction industry, etc. NGO operations are also expanding, creating a big demand and with this changing focus there is the urgent need of reorientation in academics as well to keep up with the changing scenario. The placement cell of IBMR is fully aware of these new challenges and the opportunities as well as requirements.
