Eligibility for appearing CET:
The candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Passed with minimum of 50% marks in backward class categories (belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor’s degree awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. aggregate* or equivalent CGPA ( 45% in case of candidates of Association of Indian Universities, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the or

Such candidates can be considered for provisional admission subject to passing the Degree exam with minimum of 50% marks in candidates of backward class categories (belonging to Maharashtra State only). or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, aggregate* or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only).
Eligibility Criteria for admission to Maharashtra State candidates through CAP
1.Candidate should possess basic qualification as specified in rule no. 2.1.
2.Appeared for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET for the current year and GD & PI conducted by the Competent Authority of the Maharashtra State for the academic in current year
Eligibility Criteria for admission against All India Seats:
For Maharashtra State Candidates
1.Candidate should be an Indian National and should possess basic qualification as specified in eligibility criteria for CET
2.Appeared for CAT (conducted by IIMs) and GD &PI conducted by the Competent Authority of Maharashtra State for academic year
For Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates
1.Candidate should be an Indian National and should possess basic qualification as specified in eligibility criteria for CET
2.Appeared for CAT (conducted by IIMs) and GD &PI conducted by the Competent Authority of Maharashtra State for academic year OR
Appeared for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET and GD & PI conducted by the Competent Authority of the Maharashtra State for the academic year.
3.Government of Maharashtra or the Institute level exam conducted by the Association of Management of MBA/ MMS Institutes (AMMI). Students who have appeared for MAT, XAT, ATMA can also apply to DTE for GD & PI (20% of intake reserved under Management seat)

To become eligible for admission the candidate should score 30 or more marks in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET OR equivalent score of 30 marks or more in the All India CET(CAT/JMET/ATMA/XAT/MAT OR equivalent score of 30 marks or more in the CET conducted by the agency (including Association of all colleges of a particular type in the State).
